I would treat these as separate issues though.

You have two relays on the interior fuse block one for locking and one for unlocking.
Do you have three functioning doors and one broken door.
However if i lock all the door manually both the key phobe and the door lock.
That should turn up the problem with the power loss.
The door locks may function correctly one moment and in the next will cease to operate.
I would start by checking for any codes in the computer relating to the power loss and check all of the sensor readings.
