Latching mechanism seems to have failed internally.
Checked the batteries in the key fobs checked the fuses checked the car battery.
It just makes a weak noise coming from the door lock area.

Both rear doors weren t locking or unlocking with either the buttons on the front doors or the key fob.
The automatic door locks do not work.
They have seen seeing this problem in the 2012 even the service manager was locked in his car and it would not unlock.
